Overview

As Senior SEO Specialist at Amenitiz, you own the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales, with France as the growth priority. You partner with Content to optimize across locales and manage a 100+ term hospitality glossary plus competitor pages, tying SEO to revenue growth. You will supervise technical SEO, AEO, and AI-search visibility to shape how hotel software is discovered by search and AI tools.

This role blends analytics, content governance, and technical execution to drive New MRR, not just rankings, in a fast-growing hotel tech platform. You'll work in a cross-functional, international team in Barcelona, creating impact through scalable optimization and data-driven决决.

Responsabilidades Define and execute end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT) with France as the primary market

Own and optimize competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary program across copy, SEO, and structured data

Manage technical SEO: hreflang,



canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data, Core Web Vitals, and crawl health for a Webflow site

Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) including FAQ architecture and People Also Ask coverage

Drive visibility in AI-powered search by aligning content for Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini

Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush; translate data into actionable priorities

Collaborate with Content to ensure SEO readiness, AI search optimization, and locale-specific iteration

Requisitos principales 3+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience with strong on-page and content SEO

Solid technical SEO foundations: can write/validate JSON-LD, manage hreflang at scale, diagnose crawl/indexing issues

Comfort working in Webflow or a similar CMS without developer support

Strong analytical mindset linking SEO to pipeline and revenue

Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
