We are currently looking for an Experienced SharePoint Developer / Application Engineer to join a major international banking and wealth management client.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in SharePoint On-Premises development and maintenance , combined with solid .NET/C# development experience . The adecuado candidate will be comfortable working with both modern and legacy technologies, supporting business-critical applications while contributing to modernization initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot SharePoint On-Premises solutions.
- Design and implement custom SharePoint components, workflows, integrations, and application functionality.
- Analyze existing SharePoint applications and implement technical improvements.
- Support application lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, migrations, testing, and deployments.
- Develop and maintain .NET/C# components and services within the application landscape.
- Integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and databases.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives and gradual replacement of legacy applications.




- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, stability, performance, maintainability, and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and external providers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and continuous improvement activities.

? Mandatory Requirements:

- Several years of hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises development and support .
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including:
- Sites
- Lists & Libraries
- Permissions
- Workflows
- Web Parts
- Solution Deployment
- Strong experience with C# and .NET technologies .
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience integrating applications via APIs and Web Services .
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, source control, testing, deployment, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting legacy codebases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent English.

? Nice to Have:

- Experience with Java and Java-based applications.
- Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core .
- Knowledge of JavaScript,



TypeScript, and React .
- Experience with SharePoint modernization or migration projects.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines , or similar DevOps tooling.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries, especially financial services .
- Understanding of secure software development and application risk management.
