General Responsibility
Perform all support tasks necessary to carry out the manufacture of the batch at the various stages of manufacture of pharmaceutical products in a production line,
in order to verify that the work is done properly, the production process is correct, and the product meets the quality requirements.
Support the continuous improvement plan for the production processes.
Specific Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of output to identify and discard faulty products.
- Should any incident be detected, conduct research, report deviations and modifications to find out what happened, what the reason was, etc., in order to solve the problem.
- Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed and check yields, balance of materials and process documentation.
- Monitor the status of production lines: situations of underemployment of the lines, delays, current products in the line, etc.
- Train new personnel on procedures and processes in the area for proper use of the equipment.
