What We're Looking For Strong commercial experience with Java or Kotlin Strong backend software engineering experience Currently hands-on with coding and comfortable working in a highly technical role Experience with cloud technologies , ideally AWS Experience building and maintaining modern, scalable backend applications Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working within a smaller engineering team with significant ownership Particularly Valuable Experience Experience within FinTech, banking, payments, lending, insurance or wider financial services would be a strong advantage.
