Overview In this role, you drive the development of AI capabilities that empower multiple bank teams to operate smarter and deliver enhanced customer experiences. You will shape a cross-functional AI product roadmap aligned with N26's AI strategy, lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, and ensure scalable, compliant delivery in a regulated banking environment. You'll translate model requirements into practical product features while balancing speed and security.

Responsabilidades Partner with senior product leadership to align domain roadmaps with the company-wide AI strategy and maintain autonomy over complex workstreams

Own end-to-end production AI lifecycle from hypothesis through deployment and monitoring for ML/GenAI initiatives

Bridge engineering and business strategy by translating constraints into model requirements for data scientists and ML engineers

Balance high-velocity AI delivery with banking rigor, ensuring security, auditability, data privacy, and reliability

Define standards,



blueprints, and self-service toolkits to enable autonomous AI adoption across product squads across N26

Requisitos principales 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven environment with a track record of shipping production-grade AI/ML capabilities

Hands-on GenAI product development experience including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic workflows (ReAct, memory management, function-calling)

Experience in high-volume, scalable B2C domains (FinTech, E-Commerce or similar)

Full AI/ML lifecycle expertise: problem scoping, data ingestion/labeling, model training/fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, retraining

Ability to evaluate trade-offs between LLMs and deterministic ml logic considering cost, latency, explainability, and accuracy

Strong cross-functional and regulatory awareness in Agile settings (GDPR, data residency, EU AI Act, risk governance, security controls)
