Requirements

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality environment.
- Experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or leisure environment is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine and beer.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Accurate and responsible cash-handling skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
- Must be available to work Full-Time.
