Mandatory requirements:

- Fluent English (C1 level minimum) - mandatory.
- 4+ years of experience in operational coordination, service management, or technology operations environments.
- Proven experience in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
- Strong operational reporting and management information skills.
- Experience producing KPI, SLA, availability, and operational performance reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and recurring issues from operational data.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams during incidents and critical situations.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
