Overview In this role, you drive site engagement to support efficient clinical trials and ensure compliant study conduct. You will collaborate with trial sites and internal teams to tailor engagement strategies, monitor performance, and foster strong, compliant relationships. The position offers impact across multiple studies and sites, contributing to ICON's mission to bring new medicines to patients faster.

Responsabilidades Build and maintain relationships with key trial-site stakeholders (PI, site coordinators, research staff)

Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to site staff

Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance





Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies per study/site needs

Monitor site performance metrics and report engagement outcomes to study teams

Support delivery of clinical research activities with accountability for deliverables

Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field

Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or related field (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with multitasking capacity

Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials

Willingness to travel approximately 60%
