Overview In this role you will build and maintain observability tooling for infrastructure, microservices, and bespoke workloads, prioritizing developer experience and rapid incident prevention. You'll automate repetitive tasks, contribute to security and compliance, and work within the Observability team to enable cloud-native monitoring at scale. You will collaborate with Platform Engineering to support a self-service environment for developers.

Responsabilidades Develop monitoring and measurement tools for infrastructure, microservices, and workloads

Prioritize developer experience when implementing observability solutions

Contribute to incident prevention via tooling, automation, and processes





Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and consistency

Support security and compliance of the tech stack through observability tooling

Collaborate with engineers to enable effective data-driven monitoring and recovery from incidents

Requisitos principales Observability basics: metrics, logs, traces

Experience with data extraction/transformation/loading tools (Prometheus, StatsD, OpenTelemetry; Vector, Beats, FluentBit; OpenSearch, Grafana)

Proficiency in at least one language (Go or Python)

Linux-based operating environment

Cloud-native with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, AWS CDK)
