Overview

In this role, you will enable technical teams to confidently work with Generative AI and Agentic AI by delivering demos, workshops, and coaching on AWS Bedrock, Python, and related tooling. You’ll drive AI reskilling across projects, collaborating with experts to raise standards and adoption. You’ll mentor engineers, share knowledge, and help teams evolve toward autonomous AI development within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. This is an opportunity to shape practical AI enablement across diverse projects and teams.

Responsabilidades

- Deliver technical demos, workshops, and coaching on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI
- Support technology teams through AI reskilling journeys and progression tracking




- Collaborate with technical experts to align with company standards and promote adoption
- Answer technical questions and provide follow-up guidance to learner groups
- Facilitate knowledge sharing through training, mentoring, and community activities
- Contribute to the design and execution of onboarding plans and development goals for engineers

Requisitos principales

- Solid experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock
- Proficiency in Python
- Understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI foundations for AI agents
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices, and the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong communication and mentoring skills for explaining concepts to developers and technical profiles
- Experience delivering training, workshops, demos, coaching, or knowledge sharing
