Your Role:

The Site Quality Head is responsible of managing the QA and QC departments,
ensuring the compliance with the overall strategy of Quality. He/She is
responsible of managing the department in terms of operations, projects,
resources and policies.

Main responsibilities of the Site Quality Head are:
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, ISO 13485 standards, ICH guidelines,
the Siegfried Quality Manual, and all applicable SOPs across site operations.




- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions.
- Ensure that all site products, projects, processes, strategies, and decisions
comply with applicable GMP, ISO 13485, and Siegfried Quality requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Quality matters and ensure
the effective implementation and ongoing adherence to Siegfried Quality policies
and standards.
- Define, execute, and monitor the annual departmental budget. Ensure the
effective allocation and utilization of human and financial resources to achieve
departmental objectives efficiently.
- Foster a quality-first culture and continuous improvement mindset across the
site.
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for product quality, patient
safety, regulatory compliance, and quality performance.
- Lead the site's Quality Strategy and Quality Plan, ensuring continuous
improvement
