Overview
In this role you support pre-sales engagements from Spain as part of the Global Velocity/Virtual Solution Center. You collaborate with partners and internal teams to showcase the platform, conduct discovery, and align technical plans with client needs. You'll help with demos, sandbox environments, and partner enablement, building the tech and business insights to advance to a standalone Sales Engineer role. This position sits at the intersection of security, AI-enabled solutions, and global collaboration to drive partner-driven opportunities.

Responsabilidades Provide introductory discovery, product positioning, and architectural walkthroughs to distributors, partners, and internal units
Support live product demonstrations and Solution Demo Center environments in co-selling cycles
Set up and manage sandbox/lab environments and develop reusable technical assets and documentation




Drive partner enablement through onboarding tracks, training events, and workshops
Collaborate with general Solution Center colleagues to align architectures with client requirements
Requisitos principales Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience applying AI-driven solutions to outcomes
Up to two years of technical experience (internships, support, sysadmin, or early infrastructure roles)
Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, secure tunneling)
Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience
Willingness to travel regionally up to ~10%
Team-oriented with focus on collective success
Strong customer empathy and stakeholder communication
Bias for action and execution speed in fast-moving environments
AI/ML fundamentals and application in security contexts
Experience with lab deployments, sandbox environments, or POC orchestration
Knowledge of Secure Web Gateways, Zero Trust Network Access
