Overview
In this role you lead and contribute hands-on to a full stack engineering team focused on delivering reliable software. You translate product priorities into actionable technical plans, influence architecture, and ensure quality, security, and scalability. You work across front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure to balance rapid delivery with long-term maintainability. You'll mentor engineers, drive improvements in practices and tooling, and collaborate with Product and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Responsabilidades
Lead day-to-day technical direction and ensure delivery against priorities
Contribute hands-on to design, development, testing, deployment, and support of production software




Guide architecture and design decisions across front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure
Break down complex initiatives into actionable work and estimate effort
Mentor engineers and facilitate technical discussions
Review code and enforce standards for quality, maintainability, scalability, security, observability, and testing
Partner with Product and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and drive action
Improve development practices, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and team processes
Promote ownership across the full application lifecycle including deployment and production support
Build a collaborative culture grounded in accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning with Mitek values
