Experteer Overview In this Senior ETL role you lead a squad of 6–9 engineers to optimize the end-to-end delivery cycle from idea to production. You balance hands-on coding and system design with leadership, ensuring delivery predictability, technical excellence, and rapid issue resolution. You guide conflict resolution and talent development while driving AI-native engineering practices.
