Overview In this role you will engage high-priority inbound leads from Gartner.com and conversations with director-level stakeholders to understand business needs and initiatives. You'll qualify opportunities and smoothly transition them to Account Executives to ensure a world-class client experience. You will support campaign-driven outreach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use CRM and engagement tools to track opportunities while developing your skills through mentorship and training.

Responsabilidades Engage inbound leads from Gartner.com to qualify interest and fit

Assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases to accelerate opportunities





Execute email outreach and outbound calls to enrich lead data and understand initiatives and priorities

Route and assign leads using internal tools and Territory Management

Deliver opportunity summaries and client expectations to partnering teams

Coordinate with sales executives to progress leads through the sales cycle

Track opportunities in CRM and engagement platforms

Participate in ongoing training and mentorship for professional development

Requisitos principales 1–2 years of business experience; IT space is a plus

Telephone sales and persuasiveness skills

Project management skills

MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Strong will to win and executive presence

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
