Overview In this role, you will lead the design, development, provisioning, and operations of the Observability Suite to support STACKIT's services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the technical vision with customer needs and the product roadmap. You drive system reliability, scalability, and performance while mentoring others and guiding architectural decisions. This is an opportunity to shape observability at scale within a general retail tech environment.

Responsabilidades Design, develop, provision and operate Observability Suite services

Lead code reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, and correctness

Define and influence the technical vision and roadmap for the product

Mentor and guide team members to support career growth and performance





Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and translate to technical requirements

Requisitos principales Experience in development and implementation of software products with Golang and Kubernetes

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with Cloud Services and/or Observability Services (development, architecture, operations)

Servant leadership and ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments

Business fluency in English; German is a plus
