Overview

Strategic, high-impact role within Group HR at Verisure. You will shape HR initiatives at group level, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You'll combine analytics, project management and change programs to scale people processes and transform how the organization develops talent. Responsabilidades

Support the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives at Group level with multiple HR and corporate teams

Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision‐making, including structuring topics and generating actionable insights

Prepare executive-ready materials (presentations, summaries, analyses) for senior leadership and cross-functional forums

Provide project management and coordination, including planning, milestone tracking, and risk management

Act as a coordination bridge between Group HR, country HR teams, and other corporate functions (Finance, Legal, ESG)

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and frameworks with clarity, scalability,



and cross-team alignment

Support AI-related initiatives within HR, including identifying opportunities and supporting implementation

Support the Chief Human Resources, Communications, and ESG Officer and Deputy CHRO on analyses and governance materials

Support ad-hoc strategic analyses and initiatives as needed

Requisitos principales Bachelor degree in a relevant field 3–4+ years in consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO or similar

Experience in complex, international, multi-stakeholder environments

Excellent problem-structuring and analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities

Strong written and oral communication skills for presenting in PowerPoint

Strategic, global thinker with planning and decision-making abilities; proven delivery track record

Solid project management skills including prioritisation and follow-through

Strong interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders; comfortable navigating ambiguity drive, ownership, and proactivity curiosity and learning orientation structured and detail-oriented with big-picture thinking
