Overview In this role, you will support the Digital Grid Strategy & Transformation Office to define, deploy, and execute the multi-year strategy with emphasis on software growth, ARR expansion, and operational performance. You'll connect strategy, finance, commercial execution, and data technology to deliver clear priorities, governance, and action plans. You'll work with Sales and Finance and leadership to align transformation initiatives across regions and functions.

This is a high-visibility role focused on shaping strategy execution and measurable performance.

Responsabilidades

Define and deploy the Digital Grid multi-year strategy, including growth, software & ARR targets, portfolio priorities and market focus

Coordinate annual operating plans and strategy deployment using Hoshin planning and Transformation Program levers

Perform structured analyses on market trends, performance, portfolio mix, and regional dynamics

Prepare and review scorecards, KPI dashboards, and financial/operational views (P&L;, pipeline, ARR, bookings)

Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable leadership recommendations

Align strategy with forecasts, pipeline health,



and financial outcomes in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams

Facilitate cross-functional sessions to resolve interdependencies and accelerate delivery

Co-lead change management and communication plans to ensure alignment and engagement across stakeholders

Requisitos principales Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, finance, or commercial roles

Knowledge of project management practices

Strong analytical capability including financial understanding and KPI frameworks

Digital Grid market knowledge: understanding of software sales processes and utility practices

Data analysis and reporting skills with ability to create reports, dashboards, and forecasts

Process improvement expertise to streamline deployments and execution

Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills

Proficient in English, both oral and written

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently; strong time-management and organizational skills

Skilled in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
