We're looking for a Delivery Director – Technology to join our team in Barcelona, in a hybrid working mode. You will lead a large-scale engagement spanning over several business domains for a large multi-national client, ensuring successful delivery of complex programs exceeding 100 FTE. This role involves full accountability for end-to-end delivery, client relationships and commercial performance, while supporting account growth through pre-sales and strategic engagement. You will need sufficient technical depth to challenge architecture, diagnose delivery issues and engage credibly with senior engineering stakeholders. Hands-on practice of AI and a solid understanding of how to use it effectively in software development and maintenance are required.Responsibilities Drive full lifecycle program delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with EPAM processesAct as the primary point of contact for executive-level client engagement and stakeholder governanceDiagnose and resolve delivery challenges, addressing risks tied to architecture, integration and designEnsure compliance with financial targets, sourcing strategies and regulatory obligationsLead multiple delivery streams, coordinating nearshore and offshore teams across SDLC and IT service managementCollaborate with delivery leads, architects, engineers and product teams to define estimates, plans and roadmapsSupport sales and pre-sales efforts, contributing to proposal development and client presentationsEmbed AI tools and practices into delivery models,
