- Lead the Supply Chain strategy and operations across Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives.
- Manage, develop and engage the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, transportation, inventory and service-level activities.
- Drive initiatives focused on cost optimisation, operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and other strategic partners.
- Define and monitor KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring achievement of operational and business objectives.
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement projects across the Supply Chain function.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance and senior leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in regional initiatives and collaborate with international teams.

Perfil idóneo

- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Organisation or a related field.
- Solid experience in senior Supply Chain positions within multinational companies or international environments.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex operations.
- Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, logistics, transportation and supplier management.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proven ability to lead transformation, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strategic and analytical mindset,



combined with a strong results orientation and operational understanding of the business.
- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills within matrix organisations.
- Fluent English is essential, as the role operates within an international environment.
- Availability to travel, mainly across Spain and Portugal, with occasional international travel.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
