Overview In this role you will define and evolve SoS architectures for complex defence systems at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. You will shape strategic roadmaps, drive reusable architectures, and ensure interoperability across diverse domains. You will model with MBSE, assess trade-offs, risks, and security, aligning with the mission and constraints of defence programs.

The position offers cross‐functional collaboration in a high‐security environment and opportunities to influence future air power capabilities. You will work to turn complex requirements into scalable, resilient solutions.

Responsabilidades Design and analyze multi-domain SoS architectures to enable future air power-enabled systems

Support MBSE-driven development of SoS frameworks and rigorous models

Contribute to SoS roadmaps and technology strategies for long-term evolution

Design scalable, reusable architectures to maximize portfolio value

Perform trade-off analyses, feasibility studies,



and impact assessments; define interfaces and integration strategies

Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to performance, scalability, and security

Collaborate across disciplines to ensure interoperability and data exchange across heterogeneous systems

Requisitos principales 5+ years in systems engineering or architecture

Experience in SoS or complex enterprise architectures (desirable)

Knowledge of architectural frameworks (UAF, DoDAF, MODAF) and modeling languages (SysML, UML)

Hands-on experience with Cameo or similar tools

Strong understanding of defence systems, constraints, and regulatory requirements

Experience in integrating diverse technical domains (communications, sensors, C2, data analytics, cybersecurity)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Adaptability and collaboration in evolving requirement environments

Fluent in English and Spanish; compliance with Spanish security clearance requirements collaborative mindset adaptability strong problem-solving
