- Understand hiring needs and implement specific sourcing strategies

- Support processes of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding employees to the organization

- Contribute to talent bench-marking and talent assessment processes

- Achieve quality of hire and time to fill targets

- Support the development of talent pools

- Participate in internal mobility processes and development

- Maintain candidate management tools and recruitment status files

Qualifications &

- Languages

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR

- Languages: English (Intermediate)

- Industry Background

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition

- Media agency, Tech company, Data company
