Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent across DACH, French, and UK & ROW markets. You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs, drive the sourcing strategy, and ensure a smooth candidate journey. You will help build high-performing, diverse teams that accelerate Factorial's global growth. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and a chance to shape talent strategy in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing timely feedback to candidates
- Screen candidates through resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioural interviews to assess fit
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and other teams to understand needs and advise during the process
- Strategize and execute actions to identify new talent via sourcing methods, events, and community initiatives




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
- Source passive candidates and engage them through various channels
- Support side projects in People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion
- Build talent networks and maintain talent pipelines for international, Western, ROW and Global markets

Requisitos principales
- Fluent in English is a must
- German or French is a plus
- Experience as Talent Acquisition in international or global markets, ideally in a tech/scale-up environment
- Proven ability to cover GTM roles across the organization (sales, finance, engineering, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to teach, learn, and adapt
