Experteer Overview As CRM Lifecycle Lead, you own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy to activate, retain and reactivate users, using data-driven insights to personalize communications. You lead multi-team projects, shaping impactful lifecycle programs that scale with the company’s growth. You’ll test, learn, and iterate to improve engagement and business results, while aligning initiatives with company OKRs. - 5+ years of CRM lifecycle marketing experience with segmentation, journeys,



and personalized automated communications
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end CRM initiatives from ideation to delivery
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Braze preferred; also HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data analysis and A/B testing to derive insights
- Experience collaborating with analysts and data teams, turning user data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of HTML and/or Liquid coding
- Experience in a B2C marketplace/tech/consumer app/ride-hailing or similar
- Strategic mindset with strong problem solving and results-driven attitude
- Collaborative communication and cross-team stakeholder management
- Fast learner with hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
