Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead cross-functional programs across 20+ countries and 5 service lines to strengthen service delivery, adoption, and scale within EMEA. You will bridge strategy and execution across Operational Excellence pillars, driving measurable business outcomes. The position offers exposure to governance, change management, and data-driven performance insights in a global, sustainability-focused company. You will collaborate with multiple functions to deliver value and enable transformation across services.

• Develop roadmaps, timelines, and milestones across multiple workstreams
• Translate services operation gaps into structured initiatives
• Lead cross-functional program execution with OpEx pillars
• Establish governance, processes, and reporting structures
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalations; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate across operations, finance, IT, commercial to align execution
• Track KPIs and dashboards; report at executive level




• Drive change management and adoption of new processes and tools
• Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and clear communications across functions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's / master's degree in business, Engineering or related field
• 8-12+ years in program management, consulting or operations leadership
• Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA preferred) and service delivery organizations
• Budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement experience
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Advanced program and project management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall)
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and leadership skills
