- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions- Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities- Lead products from discovery and MVP definition through development, deployment, and continuous improvement- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams- Define product capabilities using knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, evaluation methods, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns- Define and monitor product success metrics covering business value, adoption, quality, reliability, cost, and AI performance- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, governance standards, security requirements, privacy regulations, and compliance policies- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation- Support business development, solution shaping, and proposition development within the AI practice- Stay current with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technology advancementsRequirements- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience- Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role delivering technology products- Proven experience developing and delivering Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions- Strong understanding of LLM technologies and architectures, including RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering,



evaluation frameworks, and guardrails- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlog management- Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences- Experience in a client-facing consulting environment is desirable- Passion for innovation and strong interest in AI-enabled business transformationCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in product management for AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
