Key Responsibilities

? Talent Scouting – Identify and sign new artists aligned with our label’s vision.





? Industry Networking – Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, and key players in the music industry.

? Market & Streaming Analysis – Use data-driven insights to identify promising artists and trends.

?️ Creative Development – Guide artists in songwriting, production, and overall artistic direction.

? Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with marketing, digital, and distribution teams to plan releases.

? Live Events & Shows – Attend concerts, showcases, and industry events to stay connected with the latest music movements
