At Studec Iberia, we are looking for a TPC Support Consultant to support the coordination and delivery of training activities, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational execution.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders in an international environment within the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

? Training Program Coordination

- Support the coordination and administration of training programs.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of training activities.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of training courses and related services.

? Customer Support & Coordination

- Support the coordination of customer requests and training needs.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Help ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely follow-up and support.

? Reporting & Monitoring

- Support reporting activities related to training programs and customer services.
- Prepare and update reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Monitor ongoing activities and contribute to performance tracking.

?️ Meetings & Operational Support

- Participate in and support both internal and external meetings.
- Assist with action tracking and follow-up activities.
- Support the resolution of day-to-day issues related to training courses and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

Education

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

✅ Previous experience in training activities or training program coordination is desirable.

✅ Experience in customer-facing environments will be considered an asset.

Technical Skills

✅ Very high level of English,



both written and spoken (negotiation level required).

✅ Strong reporting and presentation skills.

✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

✅ Familiarity with Google Workspace is desirable.

Personal Skills

✅ Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to lead and actively participate in meetings with customers and stakeholders.

✅ Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
