As Commercial Supply Chain Supervisor, you will lead regional commercial activities in Europe, partnering with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time revenue collection and contract execution. You’ll guide a cross-country team, drive regional initiatives, and optimize processes to deliver reliable supply chain performance. This role supports sustainability-driven growth and low-carbon innovations, aligning with Alcoa’s purpose. You will shape efficient, customer-focused operations and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Europe.

• Lead back-up coverage for critical tasks within the team

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business Administration or Commerce
• Master’s degree studying or completed is desirable
• 4+ years in Supply Chain with supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills with multilingual customers across countries
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to drive improvements
