Overview In this role you support Airbus Operations Spain by governing inbound and outbound transport flows and coordinating cross-site logistics. You work with a multicultural network of transport managers to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction across plant-to-plant and vendor routes. You manage 3PL/4PL providers, define transport specifications, and drive end-to-end visibility through reporting and market monitoring.

This is a hands-on position with impact on operational excellence and network optimization.

Responsabilidades Manage inbound and outbound transport flows while meeting service levels and customer expectations

Coordinate on-site operations and cross-plant transport processes across Getafe, Illescas, and Cádiz

Govern 3PL/4PL providers, monitor contract compliance, handle claims, and process ad-hoc changes





Define transport specifications aligned with internal customer requirements and support annual operational planning

Produce operational reporting including daily tracking logs, claims status, and performance metrics

Monitor logistics market trends and tools to optimize networks and maintain end-to-end visibility

Requisitos principales Proven experience in transport management and logistics operations

Experience with Incoterms and transport regulations

Experience working within a 4PL model

Strong customer orientation and project management capabilities

Excellent networking and communication skills

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Proficiency with Power BI, Transport Apps/TMS (e.g., TOP), Qlik, Skywise, CALM, or Google Workspace

Willingness to travel occasionally

Knowledge of French is a plus
