Overview

In this role, you help accelerate pre-sales activities for Zscaler’s ecosystem, supporting distributors, partners, and internal teams. You will learn the platform, execute foundational technical strategies, and grow toward independentSales Engineer responsibilities. You’ll assist with demonstrations, discovery sessions, and partner enablement to translate technical solutions into business value. The position sits in the Solution Center and emphasizes cross-regional collaboration, practical lab work, and rapid execution in a fast-moving environment. Responsabilidades

- Provide technical assistance to distributors, partners, and internal units through discovery, product positioning, and architecture walkthroughs
- Support live product demonstrations and Solution Demo Center environments in co-selling cycles with senior Sales Engineers
- Set up, manage,



and troubleshoot sandbox or lab environments and create reusable technical assets and documentation
- Drive partner enablement through onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops
- Collaborate with international colleagues in the global Solution Center to map architectures to client requirements

Requisitos principales

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve outcomes
- Up to two years of technical experience (engineering internships, customer support, systems administration, or introductory infrastructure)
- Solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and secure tunneling concepts
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Willingness to travel regionally up to ~10%

- AI/ML concepts and practical applications in security contexts
- Experience with lab deployments and automated workflows for technical problem-solving
