Who are we looking for?Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience specifically within a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or similar.- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification is a strong plus.- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of IFRS is mandatory. Proficiency in local accounting standards is highly valued.- Languages: Native proficiency or Advanced in German and English.
