Overview

In this role, you will lead high-impact regional marketing campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE) by turning data into actionable growth strategies. You’ll partner with performance marketers, data engineers, and analysts to optimize all channels, drive acquisition and re-engagement, and own regional performance targets. You’ll shape strategies across Paid Social, SEM, ASA, and programmatic, while championing A/B testing and cross-functional collaboration to scale impact.

Responsabilidades

- Lead creation, development, and optimization of campaigns for a specific region
- Specialize in acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels
- Apply hands-on, data-driven methods to daily operations to address challenges and hit goals
- Collaborate with marketers and analysts across channels to maximize impact




- Own performance targets and consistently deliver growth metrics
- Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance
- Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis
- Work cross-functionally with design, local marketing, BI, and Martech to implement winning strategies

Requisitos principales

- 3-5+ years in performance marketing
- Strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels for ROAS
- Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution, incrementality testing, and optimization
- Strong analytical mindset and translating data into insights
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns and cross-team collaboration
- Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, Appsflyer
