We're now looking for a VP Organic Growth to be the commercial catalyst across our portfolio — a rare blend of strategic advisor, hands-on enabler and trusted partner to Business Units CEOs.

What you'll do

- Partner directly with BU CEOs to define growth targets and translate them into structured, accountable commercial plans




- Bring discipline and focus to go-to-market strategies, pricing, customer segmentation and sales execution
- Build the measurement frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility of organic growth performance
- Identify and activate revenue levers — upsell, retention, new markets, channel development — across the portfolio
- Spread what works: share commercial playbooks, coach commercial leaders and raise the collective growth bar across the Group

What we're looking for

- Senior commercial or growth leadership experience in a multi-company, portfolio or platform environment — traveltech, travel or hospitality background is essential
- A track record of driving organic revenue growth from strategy through to execution, at CEO-stakeholder level
- A natural trusted advisor — commercially sharp, intellectually humble, and genuinely invested in helping others win
- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a significant asset in this truly global role
