Overview In this role you will manage end-to-end service delivery for a defined client portfolio, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will oversee governance, onboarding, training, and escalation, while driving standardization and process improvements. You'll coordinate across stakeholders, lead client events and runbooks, and report client metrics to senior leadership.

This position supports a high-impact client service model within JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, with opportunities to influence governance and corporate actions at scale.

Responsabilidades

Manage end-to-end service delivery for an assigned client portfolio

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and delivery of services

Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders for seamless execution of requirements

Oversee client governance activities, events, calendar management, and runbooks

Drive standardization initiatives aligned to service offerings and strategic objectives

Lead onboarding projects and client system training prior to go-live





Identify gaps in system functionality and escalate enhancement requests

Provide oversight of corporate actions in partnership with relevant teams

Act as first point of escalation for client issues and ensure timely resolution

Monitor and present monthly client service metrics to senior management

Travel to client sites as needed to support relationships and delivery

Requisitos principales 3+ years of experience managing or supporting a client portfolio in a client-facing environment

Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills

Strong analytical, numerical, documentation, and procedural management skills

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
