Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Fund Strategy Specialist (Remote, Spain) to support research, strategic analysis, fund opportunities, portfolio frameworks, and investment-focused initiatives across the Web3 and digital asset ecosystem.

This role is designed for an analytical professional with a strong understanding of crypto markets and emerging blockchain technologies. You will evaluate Web3 investment opportunities, analyze market and ecosystem trends, contribute to fund and portfolio strategies, and develop research that supports informed decision-making across digital asset markets.

Responsibilities

- Research Web3 funds, digital assets, blockchain startups, protocols, and emerging investment opportunities
- Analyze crypto market trends, token fundamentals, tokenomics, liquidity, adoption, and ecosystem growth
- Support the development of Web3 fund strategies, portfolio frameworks, and asset allocation models
- Evaluate investment opportunities across DeFi, Layer 1, Layer 2,



infrastructure, payments, tokenization, and emerging blockchain sectors
- Monitor portfolio performance, market conditions, volatility, concentration, and exposure
- Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on digital assets and blockchain projects
- Identify emerging Web3 sectors, protocols, and investment themes
- Track regulatory, technological, and market developments affecting digital asset funds and portfolios
- Analyze on-chain data, protocol activity, liquidity movements, token distribution, and other relevant ecosystem metrics
- Prepare investment research, fund reports, market briefings, and strategic analysis
- Support portfolio diversification and rebalancing analysis
- Collaborate with GABC members, investors, advisors, startups, and ecosystem partners on Web3 investment initiatives
- Contribute research and insights to educational, industry, and ecosystem programs

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio strategy, venture capital, asset management, financial analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 markets
- Knowledge of fund strategy, portfolio construction, asset allocation,



and investment research
- Understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset market structure
- Strong analytical and quantitative research capabilities
- Ability to evaluate early-stage blockchain projects and digital assets
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics and blockchain data is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of crypto market cycles, liquidity, volatility, and risk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain innovation, and the development of the general Web3 ecosystem

Compensation

- Salary range: €95,000–€125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses and additional incentives may also be offered.
