You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world. **About the Role** **Purpose of the Role** The Tender Analyst is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end public tender submission process, ensuring that all commercial, technical, legal, and pricing requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role acts as the central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and external tender authorities to maximize compliance and win rates while reducing administrative burden on commercial teams. **Key Challenges** + Managing multiple tenders concurrently with strict deadlines. + Ensuring complete and compliant tender submissions. + Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities. + Maintaining pricing consistency while adapting to local tender requirements. + Managing post-award contract administration and reporting obligations. + Navigating changing public procurement regulations and tender platforms. **Must-Have Skills** + 3+ years of experience in tender management, contracting, bid management, procurement, or healthcare market access. + Strong project management and organizational skills. + Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. + Experience coordinating across multiple business functions. + Ability to interpret tender specifications and contractual documentation. + High attention to detail and compliance mindset. + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language. **Nice-to-Have Skills** + Experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or public procurement. + Knowledge of public tender legislation and procurement processes. + Experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, Vendavo or similar). + Contract management experience. + Power BI or reporting tools knowledge. **Team Culture** + Highly collaborative and cross-functional. + Fast-paced and deadline-driven. + Strong ownership and accountability. + Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset. + Data-driven decision making. + High ethical and compliance standards. #BetterDaysStartNow **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position,
