The mission of the Wellness Manager position is to: ➔ Regarding the responsibilities and duties of the role, the Wellness Manager will be responsible for: Ensuring excellence in service quality and guest experience: Manage Wellness space bookings through the different available channels, reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly planning in order to maximise the profitability of the Wellness space. Oversee the daily operations of the Wellness space, including the treatment offering, scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.



Ensure the continuous training and professional development of the team, aligning development programmes with trends in the wellness industry. Foster a culture of wellbeing within the team by conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Ensure accurate billing and financial administration for the Wellness space, including cash register opening and closing procedures. Monitor the budget allocated to the Wellness space, analysing relevant expenses and revenues in order to assess profitability and identify potential variances. Academic training in balneotherapy, beauty and spa, nutrition, fitness, and/or integrative and functional medicine. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within wellness in the luxury hospitality industry, managing Wellness and/or Spa facilities and developing wellness programmes. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM systems and/or spa management software will be considered an advantage. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
