Overview
In this role you will review, draft, and negotiate site contracts and related agreements to support clinical study timelines. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and ensure adherence to contracting standards. You will establish metrics, maintain contract records, and contribute to policy improvements to accelerate timely execution. This remote-friendly position enables you to shape contracting processes within a general team and drive compliant, efficient study workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Review, draft, and negotiate site contracts, master services agreements, confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, and similar documents
- Coordinate with study teams and sponsors to resolve contractual issues and keep negotiations on track
- Ensure adherence to company policies and contracting standards; update study teams on status
- Establish, track,
and report site contract metrics; manage contract files and archiving
- Assist in designing policies/procedures to improve contract execution times; identify process improvements
- Other tasks as assigned
Requisitos principales
- Graduate/ postgraduate/ 4-year college degree
- Experience in a CRO/healthcare field
- 5+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations
- Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management and prioritization
- Proficiency in MS Office
