DT Talent Platform Architect
Shape the Future of HR Technology Architecture
For a major HR transformation programme, we are looking for a DT Talent Platform Architect who will play a key role in defining the future architecture of the Talent & Corporate Communication ecosystem.
You will join the Blossom Transformation Program, a strategic initiative aimed at redesigning HR processes, systems, data management and employee experience over the next two years. In this role, you will help create a more integrated, data-driven and self-service-oriented HR environment while ensuring continuity with the existing technology landscape.

Duration: Until June 2027 (extension possible)
Location: HQ
Work model: Hybrid (40% on-site)
Your Role
As DT Talent Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing the future-state architecture of the Talent and Corporate Communication technology ecosystem.
You will work closely with Product Owners, HR stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics teams, cybersecurity specialists, integration teams and external vendors to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Define and maintain current-state and target-state architecture for the Talent & Corporate Communication ecosystem.
- Design application landscapes, capability maps, system context diagrams, integration architectures and data-flow models.
- Lead architecture activities across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Phenom, TechWolf, NeoCase and related systems.
- Design integrations, APIs and data exchanges between HR platforms and enterprise systems.
- Define data ownership,
systems of record and governance principles across HR domains.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology and solution architectures.
- Support the definition of technology roadmaps and transformation strategies.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, standards and decision records.
- Participate in vendor evaluations, RFP processes, testing activities and major platform releases.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams on AI, automation and agent-based use cases.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimisation, simplification and technical debt reduction.
- Improve consistency and integration of HR data across multiple platforms and enterprise data environments.
Your Profile
You are a senior architecture professional with experience in complex enterprise environments and HR technology ecosystems.
Must-have experience
- 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration or senior technical product roles.
- Hands-on architecture and/or integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of Phenom.
- Experience with TechWolf or similar talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience designing complex, end-to-end platform ecosystems and integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data architecture and integration architecture.
- Experience governing HR technology landscapes in large organisations.
- Ability to define target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
- Experience within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Employee Experience domains.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions.
- Experience creating architecture documentation, integration views and data-flow visualisations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of NeoCase.
- Experience with Degreed.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Denodo and Power BI.
- Experience with AI agents, automation and AI-enabled use cases.
- Knowledge of enterprise data lakes and modern data platforms.
- Experience within GxP-regulated environments.
- French and/or Dutch language skills.
- Experience supporting vendor assessments, RFP processes and testing strategies.
The Team
You will join a dedicated Digital Technology Talent & Corporate Communication team consisting of four Product Owners managing the Talent ecosystem.
As the architecture lead, you will work across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Corporate Communication, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
