- Eagerness to learn and build scientific understanding.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage day-to-day laboratory activities.
- Clear and concise communication of data and observations.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with more experienced scientists.

Qualifications

- Professional Bachelor in Laboratorial techniques or bachelor's or master's degree in molecular biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or academic research environments.
- Solid foundation in molecular and cellular biology techniques, with demonstrated hands-on experience in standard laboratory methods.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture is required; experience with primary cells or more complex cellular models is considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately execute experiments, document results, and follow established protocols.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. GraphPad Prism or similar) is a plus.
- As we are an international group, strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.

Why Join the Team?

You will be joining a highly motivated and experienced team of dynamic scientists and play a key role in advancing innovative therapies for women affected by endometriosis. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced research environment where curiosity, scientific rigor, and hands-on experimentation are highly valued. It is adecuado for a scientist who enjoys experimental work and is eager to grow within a drug discovery setting.
