Job Description

Find opportunities for AI agents

- Identify repetitive workflows in HR, finance, sales, customer service, IT, etc.
- Determine which processes are suitable for agentic automation.

Design AI workflows

- Decide what the AI agent should do.
- Define which systems/tools it can access.
- Build human approval and escalation points.

Implement or coordinate solutions

- Work with platforms such as Microsoft/Azure, OpenAI, Google, AWS, Automation Anywhere, etc.
- Connect agents to company data, CRM/ERP systems and APIs.

Enable employees

- Train teams on how to use AI effectively.
- Develop prompting/AI-literacy practices.
- Create playbooks and guidelines.

Govern and evaluate AI

- Establish permissions, security, privacy and monitoring.
- Test whether agents are producing reliable results.
- Put guardrails around autonomous actions. Enterprise agentic-AI implementations commonly emphasize permissions, escalation, monitoring and governance
