Overview

In this role you will introduce ADP's leading HR solutions to prospective clients and build relationships over the phone, aiming to win new business from a range of organizations. You will also expand relationships within existing accounts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet sales targets. This is a growth-focused, outbound-driven role in a collaborative, high-energy environment that values continuous learning and leadership development.

Responsabilidades

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Turn prospects into clients via outbound calling and needs discovery, recommending ADP products and services




- Cross-sell into existing accounts to promote additional ADP solutions
- Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to maintain strong relationships

Requisitos principales

- Demonstrated sales aptitude with closing skills
- Quota attainment history or proven ability to reach targets
- Strong time and activity management skills
- MS Office literacy
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Self-motivated, assertive, persistent
- Prior quota-carrying experience (bonus)
- Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and listening modes
