Overview

In this role you drive the enterprise-wide CPQ deployment, guiding change management and analytics to enable centralized pricing. You will partner with offerings, GTM teams, and the technical group to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. You'll design dashboards, benchmarks, and AI-enabled pricing insights to influence decisions and performance. This is an opportunity to shape pricing transformation across a global, multi-unit organization.

Responsabilidades

- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for the CPQ deployment
- Coordinate with offerings and technical teams to migrate to a centralized pricing system
- Develop and execute adoption strategies, track progress, and manage go-live activities
- Design and maintain performance dashboards with centralized reporting teams
- Identify process gaps and implement deployment improvements
- Monitor pricing performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support AI-enabled pricing capabilities within the CPQ system
- Identify defects, prioritize fixes, and drive enhancements with tech teams
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement




- Maintain documentation and communicate roadmap and tasks to stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience in program operations, change management, and large-scale deployments
- Knowledge of price development, deal structures, and commercial operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication in a professional setting
- Ability to present data concisely to management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) and automation tools (Power Automate)
- Experience transitioning from descriptive to prescriptive analytics
- Lean training (nice to have)
- Collaborative and independent work style in cross-functional, ambiguous environments
- English proficiency (spoken and written) and 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in consulting or cross-functional roles
- Experience deploying at least two systems to a large integral enterprise
- Strong stakeholder management
