OverviewAs Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist, you own the customer-facing agent experience end-to-end, shaping conversations, interfaces, and partner-facing embeddings. You drive end-to-end design decisions in a lean setup, collaborating with partner teams and our in-house designers. You will lead roadmap, discovery with enterprise partners, and hands-on design and prototyping to test flows.
