We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates will oversee production workflows and implement efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Document standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.




- Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
