Experteer Overview

In this role, you own the automation strategy within one product engineering team and help shape advanced automated testing frameworks for cloud-native Life u0026amp; Health solutions. You work closely with QA, Dev Ops, and software engineers to raise test quality and coverage across multiple product lines.

You’ll integrate automation into CI/CD and collaborate on continuous improvement in testing practices. This is a chance to impact global products and drive scalable, reliable testing across front-end, API, and database layers.

- Identify, report and troubleshoot defects with development teams
- Design, develop, and continuously improve scalable test automation frameworks across multiple product lines (Lu0026H)
- Integrate test automation tools and CI/CD processes to optimize testing efficiency and reliability
- Write and enforce test automation scripts per internal standards for consistency and maintainability




- Collaborate with Dev Ops and cloud teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure infrastructure reliability

Responsabilidades

- Hands-on test automation with familiarity in CI/CD and continuous testing
- Experience standardizing QA processes across Agile teams
- Designing and maintaining automated tests across UI, API, integration, and database layers
- UI test automation experience with Playwright and Cypress
- API testing and automation using REST Assured (Java) and tools like Postman or Bruno
- Strong background in Enterprise Java technologies
- Experience with regression, integration, compatibility, and end-to-end testing
- Understanding of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, performance and non-functional testing
- Knowledge of performance/load testing concepts with tools like K6 or JMeter
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure Dev Ops
