Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Local Service Unit in Madrid by fostering a proactive HSE culture, ensuring alignment with Hitachi Energy standards, and driving continuous improvement across operations. You will collaborate with managers, technicians, and general HSE functions to strengthen learning, prevent incidents, and enhance HSE performance.

As part of a newly formed Service unit, you will help establish structures, standards, and culture from day one. You will leverage digital tools to analyze performance, identify trends, and progress HSE KPIs, making an impact on safety outcomes and operational excellence.

Lead incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up on lessons learned

Conduct internal HSE audits ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards and local laws

Analyze HSE performance using digital tools (PowerBI, Intelex) to spot trends and opportunities

Facilitate risk assessments,



training activities, and ensure HSE tools and equipment are available and used

Drive implementation of HSE programs and progress toward KPIs

Responsabilidades

mínimo 8 años de experiencia HSE en entornos industriales, de servicio o técnicos

Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health u0026 Safety, or similar field

Strong knowledge of incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance

Ability to coach, train, and support managers and employees in HSE topics

Comfort with data, dashboards, and digital HSE systems (PowerBI, Intelex or similar)

Structured, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Fluent in English and Spanish
