In this role, you shape the Workday architecture and roadmap for a strategic HR technology program. You will design scalable, secure Workday solutions and ensure smooth integrations with other enterprise systems. You’ll collaborate with HR, Technology, and external partners to drive delivery and governance, supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor on Workday capabilities and future developments, delivering high-impact solutions across modules and data flows.

- Design scalable, secure Workday solutions aligned with business needs
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise platforms
- Provide architectural guidance across Workday modules, integrations, and data flows

- Establish and promote best practices related to security, compliance, and data governance
- Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on Workday capabilities and future developments

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of experience in HR technology environments with significant Workday exposure
- Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes
- Hands-on Workday integrations experience (Studio, EIBs, APIs, third-party systems)
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions
- Knowledge of security models, RBAC, and data governance principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
