Experteer Overview

As an entry-level Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you will help keep clients' IT infrastructure operational through proactive monitoring and first-line incident handling. You’ll resolve issues, perform maintenance, and support shift handovers to sustain high service quality.

You’ll identify optimization opportunities, including automation for requests and incidents, while contributing to disaster recovery exercises. You work with cross-functional teams and learn to scale your impact within a integral technology services company.
